  • Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and delivered.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery within Nairobi CBD is free and eligible for same-day delivery if the order is confirmed before 2:00 PM.
  • Deliveries outside Nairobi CBD attract a flat rate of KSh 500 and are fulfilled within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may return products within 7 days of purchase under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and approval.

5. Product Information

  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
  • Voltatech Technologies & Appliances is not liable for minor variations in product appearance or specifications.

6. Limitation of Liability
